Why do I get an error message when working with Pure?
Error messages may appear in Pure if you try to do something for which you have insufficient access privileges, or occasionally because there is a technical error in the system.
If you find you are unable to execute the actions you require, or cannot access Pure, please grab a screenshot of any error message that occurs (Ctrl Prnt Scrn) and paste it into an email to Puresupport@qub.ac.uk describing what you were doing when the error occurred. In addition, you should try the following steps:
- Close the Browser you are using completely, not just the tab containing Pure, and then re-start your session with a new browser window.
- Check that problems are not being caused by your browser security settings or additional plug-ins. See the FAQ - Which browsers are supported by Pure?
