Why do some QUB academics appear as an 'external author'?
Anyone without a record in the Pure system will be treated as an 'external person', even if they used to be a student or staff member.
If Pure is failing to recognise a current member of staff who is recoded on the Pure system and is labelling them as external, please contact Puresupport@qub.ac.uk
