AIESEC
AIESEC is a 60 year-old global organisation that develops students and recent graduates into leaders by running and participating in an international exchange program.
They exist to develop students into future leaders and to create ideal employees for Companies looking for motivated graduates. AIESEC achieves this by offering members a chance to learn and practice skills such as team working, business, management, global mindset, creativity, self awareness, time management, presentation and entrepreneurship.
As part of this activity students are required to:
- Attend weekly Local Committee Meetings (skill session workshops)
- Attend weekly Team Meetings (training, team planning and strategy meetings)
- Complete a feedback sheet at the end of semester 1 for review by the executive committee
- Complete a tracking/reflection document (TMP Report)
