Students must attend a minimum of 6 events organised by Careers, Employability and Skills during the course of one academic year.
Professional attributes/attitudes which include
Self-awareness, career and personal development, managing occupational information and resources.
Managing graduate recruitment, occupational information.
Students must submit an 800 word reflective account based upon learning from attending events.
Attending careers events will help students to develop their own career plans, make decisions if they have not already chosen a career, develop skills relevant to the labour market, develop a network of contacts for use in making effective applications and preparing for job interviews.
