Roisin Copeland

As Team Leader for Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences Roisin co-ordinates and manages the Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) activities of the team and works specifically with students from the School of Law and Queen’s University Management School. Roisin also co-ordinates the Certificate in Career Development Learning, the annual Law and Finance Study Tours to London (for which she won a Queen’s Teaching award in 2010), the Financial Services Sector Recruitment Programme and the Accountancy Careers Awareness Event.  She also sits on various professional committees.

Roisin is a graduate of Business and German. She joined Queen’s in 1993 to establish the Management School Finance Placement programme and completed a Masters in Placement Development by work based learning. After 11 years moved to the University of Ulster Career Development Centre for 2 years before returning to Queen's Careers as a Senior Careers Adviser where she completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Careers, Education, Information and Guidance in Higher Education.
