Information queries
Looking for careers information? Staff in the Careers Information Room can help you or refer you to a careers adviser.

Monday to Friday 12.30pm-4.00pm

 

Careers staff are available in the Careers Information Room in the Student Guidance Centre Monday to Friday 12.30-4.00pm

Quick Query
If you have a quick query or need help with a CV or application form book a Quick Query Appointment Online. Consultations last around 15-20 minutes

Monday to Friday

Bookings open at 9am on the day prior to the appointment and close at 12.30 on the day of the appointment

Guidance interview
For a more in-depth discussion book to see the Careers Adviser linked to your School. Guidance interviews last for around 45 minutes and enable you to discuss your ideas and plans in detail.
Available to current students and QUB graduates within 2 years of completing their course.

During opening hours, Monday to Friday 9.00am–5.00pm

Group appointments
If you and some friends need the same careers-related help get in touch with us to arrange to meet your Careers Adviser to talk about it.

During opening hours, Monday to Friday 9.00am–5.00pm In the first instance email: careers@qub.ac.uk with names, degree subjects, levels and a brief outline of what you’d like to discuss.

Who can use Careers, Employability And Skills?

Current undergraduate and postgraduate students and graduates (up to two years following your
graduation) of Queen’s University Belfast may access the full range of CES services. Queen’s
graduates, students and graduates of other universities* and prospective students may access
information facilities and the ‘Quick Query’ guidance services, subject to resources.

*Under the Mutual Aid Scheme operating between AGCAS member services
