The Queen's Counselling Service is run in partnership with Carecall, a local counselling organisation. Working with Carecall gives us access to a range of different clinical skills and helps us to meet demand for counselling at particularly busy times of the year.
Counsellors are trained in a range of issues but will primarily focus on those which are affecting students progress on their studies.
As a professional service, we are organisational members of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and adhere to their Ethical Framework of Good Practice. We are committed to offering a confidential service and are very much aware of your need to be sure that any information which you give us will not be passed on without your permission.

If you are a member of staff and have a general query about counselling or would like advice on supporting students please call the Student Affairs Office on 028 9097 2806 to speak to the Head of Student Welfare. |
