Support Services

On this website you will find essential information on what resources and services are available for prospective and current students. Support is provided to students with a wide range of needs, including:

·        Physical and mobility difficulties

·        Visual impairment

·        Hearing impairment

 ·        Medical conditions

·        Learning difficulties e.g. Dyslexia

·        Mental health

Support available varies and will be tailored to meet your individual requirements, but may include the following:

• Liaising with staff, tutors, library services and exams administration to ensure that they are aware of your requirements
• Assisting with your application for Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA, which is available to UK residents studying full-time undergraduate courses)
• Arranging support providers, including note-takers, library assistants, proof-readers etc
