Summer Graduations |
* Please note that the last date for plan results is Thursday 21 June, and you must register your intention for Graduation prior to 12:30pm on Friday 22 June. If you do not register by this date, you will graduate In Absentia. No late registrations will be accepted.
For postgraduate research students to be eligible to graduate this summer, these deadlines must also be met:

Attending the Ceremony
Correct academic costume [gown and hood], is compulsory for all graduands who attend University ceremonial events. Each hood has been assigned a colour associated with a degree discipline of Queen's.

By using this guide, students can ensure that they collect the correct costume before attending a graduation ceremony and secondly it will assist students in how the costume should be worn on the day.
Please take time to check that the colour of your academic costume is correct.
