Tickets and Gowns

TO COLLECT YOUR TICKETS AND GOWN, YOU MUST PRODUCE YOUR REFERENCE PAGE WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT BY WEB OR STAMPED BY THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT

Tickets

Graduands will be offered two guest tickets. Graduands themselves do not require a ticket to gain entry to the ceremony but will require a ticket for the Garden Party, which will be included in their ticket allocation.

Where to collect: Level 1, Student Guidance Centre (map)
When to collect: See your reference page for collection times

Additional Tickets

Additional tickets may be requested but NOT GUARANTEED. The choice can be made at the point of on-line registration. Please check your on-line graduation reference page on Qsis for confirmation of extra tickets allocated.

This is normally adjusted 24 - 72 hours before collection of tickets and gowns. There is no charge at present for additional tickets. Please note that additional tickets cannot be allocated until everyone has registered for the ceremony and on the basis of remaining capacity within the hall. If we have any seats available, we try to allocate additional tickets as fairly as possible.

Please note that Queen's University operates an 'Open Campus' during the week of graduation. Therefore, whilst your guests may not be able to enter the Ceremony hall, they are free to walk around the campus. They can also attend the Garden Party, however without a ticket, will not be given any refreshments.
