Student Smart Cards

If you have lost your card, it is important to:
- disable the card, go to the “My Smart Card” application within Queen’s Online and select the option to Hotlist A Card
- report the lost card to the Information Desk (Level 1) in the Student Guidance Centre (email: firstname.lastname@example.org / telephone: 028 9097 2727).
Please note that:
- There will be a £10 charge for replacement cards
- The system records all transactions for a given card. If a new card has to be issued it will contain the balances that were on the previous card at the point that it was reported lost.
If you have found a card, please return it to the Information Desk (Level 1) of the Student Guidance Centre.
