QWG
Queen's Women Graduates (QWG)
The QWG, which is an integral part of the QGA, exists to maintain links with the International Federation of University Women (IFUW), the Irish Federation of University Women (IrFUW) and the University Women of Europe (UWE).
To join the QWG you must first join the QGA. The QWG's yearly membership fee is £25 (which includes the QGA £10 fee and a £15 capitation fee to the Irish Federation).
To join the QWG please contact the Honorary Treasurer, Gary Laverty or download and complete a membership application and direct debit form and return to the address given.
The QWG runs the annual Public Speaking Competition for girls and offers a scholarship programme for women returning to third level education. It also shares a lively programme of local activities with the QGA (including a spring and autumn meeting) and members regularly participate at European and international conferences.
