HOW TO USE YOUR PERKS CARD and VOUCHERS
Please sign your personal membership card. The card should be used by the cardholder only. Voucher offers (found at the back of your Perks Directory) are transferrable and may be shared with family and friends. Most offers are available in store on production of your card, though some are web or phone offers where you call up in advance to avail of the discount. Please check each individual offer for details. Perks offers are usually not valid in conjunction with any other discount.
Most offers are “unlimited use offers”. This means that if you enjoyed your first Perks discount you can use them as often as you wish! Some, however, are “introductory” and may be used once or twice only during the year. Beside these offers you will see numbers that correspond to those on the reverse of your card. When you avail of these the venue will delete the appropriate number.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION
Save on accommodation each time you travel. Please read and follow the travel guidelines below when booking accommodation.
You must declare your status as a Perks cardholder when enquiring about room availability. Failure to do so will mean that the hotel is unable to confirm your Perks discount and your discount may be void.
Perks discounts are subject to availability. Hotels will generally accept Perks until they project to be around 80% full. If a hotel only has a few rooms left they may not offer any discounts. If the Perks discount is not available due to full occupancy you may wish to - check alternative dates, call back closer to your preferred date or try another hotel in the area.
Booking – Please inform the hotel staff that you have a Perks card first, before you enquire about room availability for your preferred dates. This is important because the staff will be able to check the system for rooms that are subject to discount. If you do not declare that you wish to use your Perks card at the time of booking, the hotel is under no obligation to give discount. Discount applies to one room per stay.
At Check-In – Please remember to bring your Perks card with you to the hotel and present it on check-in for your discount to apply.
OUT & ABOUT
Dining out - Please present your Perks card or voucher when requesting the bill so that your discount may be calculated. Unless otherwise stated % discounts apply to parties of 1 - 6 diners. One bill only will be totalled per party. If your group size is larger, please check with the venue beforehand. Free main course offer is one free main course per party.
Offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers or special menus e.g. early bird etc. Offers are usually not available on special occasion days, e.g. Valentines, Mother's Day and bank holidays.
Golf – Please telephone in advance to check available tee times and declare your status as a Perks card or voucher holder. Discounts apply to standard green fee prices and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer e.g. visitor price when playing with a member, Open Day, society or corporate rates.
Some golf clubs require a handicap certificate or have other rules that must be adhered to in order to play their course; please check in advance.
Cinema & Theatre – Cinema offers are generally not valid when the ‘Free List’ has been suspended. This is usually for about the first two weeks of a new release. Theatre offers are generally valid for in-house productions only. For specially promoted shows please check with the box office.

The Perks discounts and special offers have been negotiated on your behalf by Club Marketing Services (CMS). In the unlikely event that you are refused a listed discount, please contact CMS straight away. Please send a receipt of the transaction to the address below within one month and, provided you have used your card or voucher correctly, CMS will be happy to reimburse you.
Venues changing ownership – Offers are not valid if a venue changes name or ownership after publication of the listed offer unless at the discretion of any new owner of that business.
