| Project Description This programme brings young role models from industry, commerce and the professions, including representatives from the School of Agriculture & Food Science into the classroom where they can share career experiences with students in Years 10-14. The main aim of the programme is to raise awareness of careers within specific areas. The participating schools benefit from access to role models from different career areas, opportunities to explore careers with experts from industry, valuable links with local companies, essential insight and information to assist students in making informed career decisions. In turn, the contributing companies gain increased profile within the community, increased potential recruitment and staff development training. |
