Discovering Queen’s Summer School
Project Description
As part of a 4 week Summer School, staff from the School of Agriculture & Food Science provided a week long programme of teaching, seminars and practical experiments. The Project aims to encourage students from non-selecting secondary schools to progress to Higher Education at Queen’s University or another Higher Education Institution. Together with increasing these aspirations, the Summer School has the further aim of aiding those students to develop skills and abilities which will ultimately make them better students in tertiary education.
