PEAK NI 2004.
Project Description
PEAK NI is a week-long holiday for children aged 6-17 years with asthma and eczema. It is supported by the National Asthma Campaign, and is part of their PEAK holiday programme. Qualified asthma nurses, nurse lecturers and student nurses care for the children on the camp. The children benefit from meeting other children with asthma and eczema, learning from educational activities and have fun in a face and supportive environment. The Northern Ireland camp is held at the Corrymeela Community centre in Ballycastle. Application forms can be obtained from Gilli Lewis, Patrick Ladbury (see below) or can be downloaded from website (see below).
