Why is the Sky Blue?
Project Description
A fun-packed presentation with lively demonstrations and hands-on experiments which answer those simple but difficult questions about our surroundings. Why is the sky blue? What are rainbows made of? Why can't you see in the dark? This presentation was originally part of the Belfast Festival 2003 but now operates as a roadshow.
 
   
 
Hosting School / Unit: Department of Pure and Applied Physics, School of Maths and Physics.

Target Audience: Groups of primary age children, though more widely-spread age groups may also find the show enjoyable.

Start Date - End Date: Available throughout the year; dates are set by arrangement.
