| (a) | To consider and recommend nominations from Schools for the award of an Honorary Title. | |
| (b) | To keep under review the criteria, academic profiles and procedures for the award of Honorary Titles. | |
| (c) | To keep under review the entitlements of Honorary Title Holders. | |
| (d) | To liaise with the Director of Human Resources as appropriate. |
