Hanadi delivered a series of master classes aimed at the local business community, academics interested in innovation and business development, and local policy makers and the wider community.

Overcoming start-up and SME road-blocks
This master class addressed the challenges start-ups and SME’s face in a global market and how these can be overcome. This session addressed issues such as how to innovate, the route to market, managing people, making the most of your team and access to finance. This master class was very interactive and was guided by issues raised by the attendees and also from case studies.

Negotiation: The secret art of the entrepreneur
This master class focused on how to negotiate. Again this session was very interactive and covered a wide range of issues including how to negotiate with suppliers, with employees, with finance providers (banks, business angels and the VC community) and with members of the senior management team.

Business Models and value-capture
This master class was aimed at third-level researchers and those contemplating the entrepreneurial journey. It addressed the business canvas and the building blocks of business development.
