Web 2.0 provides users with an opportunity to interact with each other in a virtual community, and this has the potential to fundamentally change the way businesses work. In this workshop Professor Tucci will discuss how local businesses can reach a wider audience using Web 2.0 and how they can engage with their customers and colleagues in innovative ways to increase productivity.
The workshop provided an opportunity for Professor Tucci to share his expertise with the attendees, but also for the attendees to discuss issues around Open Innovation with each other. The workshop was aimed at members of the business community, policy makers and academics interested in innovation.
