If your son/daughter is interested in a BA Degree at Queen’s, then we would like to invite you along to our BA Open Evening on Tuesday 13 November 2012. The Event will be held in the Sir William Whitla Hall, commencing at 7.00pm, and will involve the following subjects:

  • Creative Arts (Drama, Film, Music, Sonic Arts)
  • English (including Creative Writing)
  • History and Anthropology
  • Modern Languages (French, Irish, Portuguese, Spanish)
  • Politics, International Studies and Philosophy
  • Sociology, Social Policy and Criminology

Hosted by William Crawley, the event will offer parents and prospective students the chance to discover more about what a BA degree entails, and the employment opportunities it affords to graduates. You will meet with staff in these areas as well as current students and graduates, who will be more than happy to chat with you and answer any questions you may have. Employers who recruit BA graduates will also be in attendance.

If you would like to attend, then please register your intention to do so by logging on to and submit the form electronically. Registration for the event is still open.  More information on any of these subjects can be found here

We look forward to seeing you there.
