Scholarships of up to £6,000 for international students from South East Asia* enrolling on a degree programme at the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in September 2013.
- The scholarships are worth £1,500 per year.
- The scholarships will be awarded automatically and no application form is required.
- The award will be deducted from the tuition fees payable to Queen's upon enrolment each year for the duration of the degree programme.
- The scholarships will be awarded unconditionally in the first year and will be subject to achievement of 60 per cent overall average marks in subsequent years.
*South East Asia includes Malaysia, Vietnam, Brunei, Singapore, Myanmar, Thailand and Indonesia.

Candidates must be classified as south east Asian nationals (Malaysia, Vietnam, Brunei, Singapore, Myanmar, Thailand and Indonesia).

Candidates must be classified as international students (overseas) for fees purposes.

Candidates must be able to finance the remainder of their tuition fees and living expenses.

Candidates must hold and have accepted an offer of a study place as Firm for any degree programme within the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Queen's commencing in September 2013.

The scholarship cannot be held in conjunction with another Queen’s University Belfast scholarship or tuition fee reduction. If students are offered more than one University award, the one most appropriate to the student's circumstances will be selected.
