Campus Tours

We are happy to arrange private guided tours for students from outside Northern Ireland who are unable to attend our Open Days.

Your tour will start outside the historic Lanyon building and will include visits to the following facilities:

  • The McClay Library, winner of RICS Sustainability Award 2010
  • Queen's Sport, selected as a training ground for the 2012 Olympics and as a co-host of the World Police and Fire Games 2013
  • The Elms Village, which offers guaranteed Halls of Residence accommodation to first year students from England, Scotland and Wales

We can also arrange a meeting for you to discuss your desired study subject with a member of staff.  Please note meetings with the School of Nursing and Midwifery will only be facilitated on Mondays or Fridays, but this will not affect those students who would like to request a campus-only tour.

Campus tours are offered from Monday to Friday (except during University holidays) and normally begin at 12 noon. We do, however, endeavour to accommodate requests outside of these hours.
We would be grateful if you could give us at least two weeks’ notice from the date you would like to visit. Your guide for this campus tour will be a current undergraduate student from England, Scotland or Wales. You are very welcome to bring along friends and family.

Please note, your subject-specific meeting and campus tour are only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email detailing your visit.

If you would like to book a campus tour and/or subject-specific meeting, please complete this request form.
