Opportunity to engage alumni and showcase your School or Department

The Development and Alumni Relations Office (DARO) will host a Golden Reunion on 14 - 16 June 2013 for the classes of 1957- 1967.  A draft programme is in place and the Office has allocated slots from 1.30pm - 2.30pm and 2.45pm - 3.45pm for optional activities. At the moment these are likely to include Campus tours, art tours, etc.

If you would like to participate in the event and take the opportunity to showcase your School or Department by offering an activity within these time slots (e.g. you might like to offer a tour of the current facilities or a talk on current pedagogy, course content, department research), please submit your proposal for consideration to the Events and Reunion Officer, Adele Ward, a.ward@qub.ac.uk or call 028 9097 5289, before Friday 8 June.

The programme will be printed and distributed in July.

NB All promotion, registrations and co-ordination will be managed by DARO in the run up to the event so your input would simply be to plan your slot, provide information/title for inclusion in the programme and be present on the day to host your guests.
