The degrees in Accounting have been awarded amongst the highest exemptions from ACCA, CIMA and a range of the UK based chartered societies.

ACCAthe main body for international students 

ACCA exemptions for the BSc Accounting and BSc Economics and Accounting programmes:  Students will normally receive exemptions from papers F1 to F4.  Students can receive up to five more exemptions depending on which modules they take.

BSc Actuarial Science and Risk Management has been accredited by the Institute of Actuaries with exemption from subjects CT1 – CT8 of the professional exams.

BSc Business Economics is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

BSc Business Management is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Postgraduate programmes:

MSc Accounting and Finance students will qualify for exemptions (Papers F1-F4 and Paper 7) for the professional examinations held by the ACCA for their membership and subject to successful completion of the MSc Accounting and Finance programme.

MSc Management is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

MSc Risk Management and Financial Regulation is accredited by two leading risk management associations: the Professional Risk Managers' International Association (PRMIA); and the Institute of Risk Management (IRM).
