Media Relations

Media Relations promotes the work and expertise of the University through the local, national and international media.

Staff are responsible for:

• Issuing news releases
• Responding to media inquiries
• Arranging and facilitating interviews, press conferences and other media coverage of Queen's
• Maintaining the Experts Directory, an online listing of academics who can comment on a wide range of topics
• Facilitating contact and relationships between members of the media and Queen's academic staff and administrators, and helping manage those relationships.
