Title For granting to his majesty a further additional duty on wine, silk, hops, china, earthen, japanned and lacquered ware, and vinegar, to be applied to pay an interest of £4 per cent per annum for such sums of money, not exceeding in the whole the sum of £150,000, as shall be advanced and paid into his majesty's treasury, in manner therein mentioned, and towards the discharge of the said principal sums.
