Title To attaint the person who, during the life of the late King James, took upon him the style and title of prince of Wales, and since the decease of the said King James hath assumed the names and title of James III, king of England and Ireland, and James VIII, king of Scotland, commonly called the Chevalier de St George, or the Pretender, and all his adherents, and to give a reward of £50,000 sterling to any person who shall seize and secure the said Pretender if he lands or attempts to land in this kingdom.
Variant Title(s) To attaint the person who, during the life of the late King James, took upon him the style and title of prince of Wales, and since the decease of the said King James hath assumed the style and title of James III, king of England and Ireland, or James VIII, king of Scotland, commonly called the Chevalier de St George, or the Pretender, and all his adherents, and to give a reward to any person who shall take the said Pretender alive, or bring in his body dead, if he lands or attempts to land in this kingdom.
