Privy Council Notes:
- Though the 'petition of Denis Kelly, esquire, Mary, his wife, and Francis Bellew, praying to be heard by their counsel against a bill transmitted from Ireland etc' (PC 2/81, p. 433) is not explicitly connected with this bill, the same three petitioners also petitioned against the bill in the commons on 7 Aug. 1707. Therefore the English Privy Council Petition box is ticked here.

At the end of the text is the following:
'To all whom These p[re]sents shall come I Anne Viscountess Dowager Clanmaleere send greeting Whereas the heads of a Bill for Conveying my Reall Estate on my Nephew Richard Lord Bellew Baron of Duleeke and his Issue Charged with 3000 ster for my Nephew ffrancis Bermingham who Marryed my Neece Mary Nugent of [sic] the Daughter of the Rt Hon[oura]ble Thomas Earle of Westmeath has been Agreed to by the house of Commons of Ireland by & wth my Consent and Approbation, I The sd Anne Lady Clanmaleere doe hereby Signifie & Attest my Consent to The Passing of the said Bill into a Law & doe hereby desire all p[er]sons, Courts and Judicatures before whom the said bill shall come to give Noe Opposition to the same on any Acco[un]t it being my Desire that all my Reall Estate should be settled as in the said bill is Limitted, In Witness whereof I the said Anne Lady Clanmaleere hath hereunto put my hand & seal This 8th day of August 1707.
I Thomas Nugent Commonly called Earle of Westmeath doe as far as in me lyes consent for Francis Bermingham my son in law and Mary his wife my Daughters to ye agreemt Contained in the heads of a Bill offered to the Hon[oura]ble the house of Commons relateing to the settleing of the Estate of the Rt Hon[oura]ble the Lady Viscountess Dowager of Clanmaleere on the Rt Hon[oura]ble Richard Lord Bellew Baron of Duleeke & his Issue Charged with the summe of 3000 ster and Interest and as far as in me lyeth Consent and Agree That the said heads of a Bill be passed into a Law In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seale the 11th day of Augt 1707 ------'
