Title To explain the several acts heretofore passed for the improvement of the city of Dublin, by ascertaining the powers of the commissioners for carrying the several acts into execution, and to ratify and confirm the titles of the persons in possession of any piece or pieces of ground derived under conveyances heretofore executed by the said commissioners.
