To explain and amend an act passed in the 21st and 22nd years of his present majesty entitled an act for prohibiting the use of lime in bleaching, and regulating seal masters of linens, encouraging the home manufacture of ashes for bleachers' use, enlarging and rendering more commodious the linen hall in the city of Dublin, and other purposes therein mentioned. |
