The Imagebank may be searched in two ways. Choosing one of the general catalogues will allow you to browse all photographs in that category. You may also use the keywords search box to refine and target your search. Keywords associated with picture files in Imagebank are relevant to the University, e.g. Lanyon; students; medicine; eeecs; chemistry; quad etc. If you would like a list of current keywords please contact the photographers in Marketing & Creative Services at email@example.com
Browse through your search results pages and click on a picture thumbnail to see a larger view in the space to the right. The picture file number or name and any descriptive text available will also be displayed here. Using the control buttons below the large preview you can play a slideshow or add chosen images to a Lightbox for further viewing, comparison and download. The Download button allows you to obtain that image file from the results page without needing to use the Lightbox facility.
Images will be downloaded at a size and resolution suitable for use in reports, PowerPoint presentations or similar. Right clicking on the large preview image will allow you to obtain a version suitable for web use. MS Windows users in Internet Explorer should right click and choose .Save As.; Mac OS X users in Safari browser should control click or right click and choose "Save Image As". We strongly recommend that file numbers and names of downloaded images should not be changed. Higher quality versions of pictures for use in posters, brochures etc, should be requested from the photographers in Marketing & Creative Services at: firstname.lastname@example.org
