AKA Rogue Riderhood

Thames waterman, formally partner to Gaffer Hexam. He attempts to implicate Gaffer Hexam in Harmon’s murder in order to claim Boffin’s reward. Rokesmith forces a confession from him. After escaping drowning he becomes a lockkeeper at the Plashwaer Weir Mill Lock, where he becomes aware of Headstone’s plot against Wrayburn. His attempt to blackmail Headstone results in their drowning. He is the father of PLEASANT RIDERHOOD
