We will touch two areas of studying modules over quadratic algebras. First is a noncommutative analogue of the Serre problem on freeness of projective modules. We will give generalizations of some commutative techniques due to Suslin and Vaserstein. Then we turn to results on representation theory of quadratic algebras in question and discuss some examples concerning the structure of spaces of n-dimensional modules.
