P-REMOVAL AND SLUDGE REDUCTION

Dealing with the issues of sludge disposal and phosphate removal are major challenges for the municipal and industrial wastewater treatment sectors. Our exciting new retrofit technology for activated sludge systems tackles both problems in one system.

The Sludge and Phosphate (SAP) retrofit can reduce the amount of sludge generated in the activated sludge process by more than 30%. At the same time the amount of phosphate removed is increased by up to 50%.

The system is fully aerobic and easily retrofits to existing systems.
