About The Centre
The Centre for Plasma Physics (CPP) works to advance understanding of ionised matter research by developing and responding to major contemporary issues within plasma physics and atomic and molecular physics.
There is an emphasis on laser- and electrically-produced plasmas and a focus on femtosecond and high-intensity laser systems, plasma and charged particle interactions with matter at the atomic scale.
The centre is accommodated in the recently completed state-of-the-art QUB International Research Centre for Experimental Physics.
If you would like more information on what you see please contact the Head of Centre, Prof. M. Zepf (firstname.lastname@example.org).
