The School of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences has three Education Centres which deliver undergraduate courses:

Although the primary focus of the Centre for Vision and Vascular Science is research and training, we also make a significant contribution to undergraduate education. Staff within the centre play a key role in the delivery of a wide range of undergraduate modules on several degree pathways including Biomedical Sciences, Human Biology, Medicine and Dentistry (Foundation to Clinical Science, Clinical Practice and Scientific Basis of Clinical Practice) and Pharmacy. One of our most important functions is the provision of research projects for undergraduate science and intercalated medical students, which provides an introduction to laboratory or clinical research and the opportunity to gain first-hand experience within established world-leading research programmes. For further information, please contact Dr. David Grieve, Associate Director for Undergraduate Education.
