The Administrative Data Research Network (ADRN) is a UK-wide partnership between universities, national statistics authorities, the Economic and Social Research Council, government departments and agencies, the third sector, funders and researchers.
The Administrative Data Research Centre for Northern Ireland (ADRC-NI) is one of the four centres across the UK, working in partnership with Queen’s University, Belfast, Ulster University and the Northern Ireland Statistics Research Agency (NISRA). It is charged with the remit of increasing access to routine administrative data for approved research projects undertaken by accredited researchers.
The Centre works with government departments in Northern Ireland – including Employment & Learning, Education, Health & Social Care, Agriculture, Environment, Social Development and Justice – to understand more about issues such as unemployment, ill health, education and our benefits-related culture.
The ADRC-NI is led by O'Reilly, Dr Dermot PJ.
