Biography

 

Zhile Yang (Slerk) is from Henan Province of China. He received the BEng in Electronic Engineering and the MEng degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering From Shanghai University(SHU) in 2010 and 2013 respectively. During his Master’s career, he is a student of Joint Laboratory on Energy and Automation which is a key lab of UK-China Science Bridge. He has taken part in several projects cooperated with some enterprises on wire/wireless hybrid network controlling and software development.

Slerk joined the Energy, Power and Intelligent Control cluster at Queen’s University Belfast in February 2013, his PhD research focus on modeling and optimization for electric vehicle charging.
