This meeting will be held in the Doctorate Room at the historical main campus of the University of Istanbul which is near to the old city and grand bazaar:

The accommodation will be at the Holiday Inn Istanbul City Hotel (www.hiistanbulcity.com/). This hotel is 10 min away by tram from the meeting place and the tram line is on the main road that is in front of the hotel.
The meeting will start on Monday morning and for most participants will finish around lunch time on Tuesday. The Management Committee and WG leaders will have an additional longer MC meeting on Tuesday afternoon The MC meeting will include WG presentations on activities and outcomes by the MC and WG Chairs to the COST office representatives.
Travel:
It is possible to fly in to either Ataturk Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, however Ataturk airport is nearer to both the hotel accommodation and the University.

• If you intend to participate in the meeting – you need to accept your invitation. Please follow the instructions on your invitation email
• If you are attending – you will need to reserve 2 (or 3 nights for MC and WG Chairs) accommodation package using the
Istanbul Accommodation Booking Form

• This will have 1½ days of presentations with attempts to show the interactions and outcomes that have arisen as a consequence of this Action – so if you have any topics or presentations please let me know so that we can start planning out the programme.
