Rosi Braidotti Guest Lecture

This event took place on the 24th of October 2006. We were very pleased to have such a distinguished speaker as Professor Braidotti and to have such a well attended lecture. Thanks to everyone involved.



Professor Rosi Braidotti (Distinguished Professor of Humanities and Director of Womens Studies, University of Utrecht) is one of the leading feminist academics at work today.

She is an internationally renowned speaker, and the author of many journal articles and books, including Patterns of Dissonance (1991 Polity), Nomadic Subjects: Embodiment and Sexual Difference (1994 Columbia University Press), Metamorphoses (2002 Polity) and her latest publication, Transpositions: On Nomadic Ethics (2006 Polity).

The Gender Research Forum is pleased to be hosting this international event and cordially invites you to attend this lecture. It will take place on Tuesday 24th of October at 5.15pm at the Department of Sociology, 2 College Park East, Queens University Belfast.
