Dr Gillian Mc Intosh

Dr Gillian Mc Intosh is a social and cultural historian. She has previously acted as an academic advisor on a number of BBC Northern Ireland exhibitions and projects, for instance 'Worlds melted in motion' which celebrated the poet and broadcaster W.R.Rogers in 2009 and 'The High Towers. The early years of BBC Schools Broadcasting in Northern Ireland' in 2011.
As BBC Industry Fellow at the Institute for Collaborative Research in the Humanities Gillian is developing a number of projects for the BBC, including exploring the possibilities of a digital archive space.
