REMEDIATE People

REMEDIATE Participants

The REMEDIATE project is a network of beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders.

Beneficiary organisations recruit, host, and train Early Stage Researchers (ESRs): post-graduate research students who work towards a PhD as they carry out their projects. The 8 beneficiaries are from five EU member states - the UK, Ireland, Germany, Denmark, and Italy. The ESRs will be supervised by leading scientists from each of the beneficiaries.

REMEDIATE also includes 18 partners, who will lend their expertise in remediation of contaminated land to provide research and training opportunities for ESRs.

The research being done in REMEDIATE will have many benefits to those affected by contamination. We are committed to comunicating those benefits to those stakeholders.

The project is coordinated by the Project Management Team from QUESTOR at Queen's University Belfast.
