If you remember being asked to complete a questionnaire for us on one or more occasions as part of the Youth Development Study (BYDS) whilst you were at school. We would like to invite you to participate in the study once again.
Everyone who completes a questionnaire will be entered into our prize draw with a chance to win...

There are two different ways of completing the questionnaire this year. Either log onto and fill in the survey on line https://survey.iccr.qub.ac.uk/byds10f2 or you can contact us at byds@qub.ac.uk or at the numbers provided below to arrange a time when one of the researchers from Queen's University will meet you.
You can ring their office at 028 9066 1037 or email gavin.oakes@mrni.co.uk or alan.leitch@mrni.co.uk, alternatively the company email address is info@mrni.co.uk . If you have not completed the survey on line by the end of August 2010, an interviewer will be in touch to arrange a time to visit you and complete the survey face to face. All those who take part in this stage of the YDS will be entered into a prize draw with a great chance to win one of the above prizes.
Your privacy – what happens to the information?
Your privacy is important to us and only the combined results from everyone in the study will be discussed and published. Any information you provide will remain absolutely confidential. It will never be used in any way that identifies you. Strict procedures are followed to ensure that only authorized people have access to your information, and all complies with the Data Protection Act 1998.
