Bio: Undergraduate studies in environmental science and chemistry at Western Washington University in the United States (2002) and achieved MSc (Distinction) in Environmental Engineering from QUB in 2008. 

Has worked as environmental chemist in Seattle, in environmental enforcement in Newtownabbey and more recently as sustainability coordinator for major NI construction company prior to commencing PhD studies.
