Every year, a number of studentships for postgraduate research are  awarded within the School of Planning Architecture & Civil Engineering.  Anyone who achieves a first class or 2i  honours degree in a relevant subject is eligible to apply.  These 3-year awards (which cover fees and stipend) are made on a competitive basis and they are intended to finance students studying for the degree of PhD.
