5th June 2013: Jeffrey Alexander Seminar
As part of our programme of launch events, on Wednesday 5th June, Professor Jeffrey Alexander gave a seminar on ‘The Cultural Work of Social Trauma: Holocaust, Nanjing, 9-11’. The event was chaired by Professor John Brewer.
The Institute is very grateful to the School of Sociology, Social Policy and Social Work and to the Leverhulme Trust funded ‘Compromise after Conflict’ project for their contributions to this event.
