
The Bioimaging Core Technology Unit at Queen's University was established in 2005 and is located in the Medical Biology Centre. The Unit provides for the first time a central state -of- the- art facility to support bioimaging techniques for the biomedical research community within the University and to outside bodies.
Equipped and resourced to the highest specification, this core research facility provides access to specialised equipment and expertise not commonly available in individual laboratories. This world class Unit will significantly enhance the capability and performance of University research in the Biomedical Sciences.
