For most courses, if you receive an offer, you will be provided with a questionnaire which you should complete and return to The Disability Services Unit. However, in some cases, you may be contacted in advance of a decision being made.
The information you provide will be treated as sensitive and kept strictly confidential. It will only be used to plan for your individual support requirements ensuring that your transition to Queen's is as smooth as possible.
