Dear Trainee

This handbook is intended to help you maximise your time at the Institute by providing easy access to most of the information which you will need about our policies and procedures.  When you commence your apprenticeship you will be given a handbook along with a certificate stating that you have read the handbook and that you will abide by our policies.  You will be expected to sign this certificate when you enrol.  Throughout your time at the Institute it will be assumed that you will know the contents of the handbook and you may find that you encounter considerable difficulties if you do not.
